Overview
This bill requires the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioners to keep detailed records of their meetings and public hearings, and to submit those minutes to the Governor for review. The Governor has 15 days to approve or veto the minutes; if no action is taken within that time, the actions taken at the meeting become effective. This bill aims to increase transparency and accountability in the Commissioners’ operations.
