Overview
This bill updates the annual reporting requirements for New Jersey’s public colleges and universities. It expands the information required in the annual reports to include more detailed data on student demographics, such as graduation and retention rates, applicant and acceptance numbers, and breakdowns by race, ethnicity, gender, and family income. The bill also directs institutions to use this data to assess diversity and inform admissions policies and resource allocation.
