Overview
This bill requires senior housing providers in New Jersey to offer applications for rental, lease, sale, or resale of age-restricted units by mail and email, upon request from prospective residents. Currently, many seniors face barriers to accessing these applications due to limited internet access or mobility. The goal is to improve access to senior housing options for this population. The Commissioner of Community Affairs will create regulations to ensure the bill’s implementation.
