Overview
This bill requires the state of New Jersey to create a comprehensive inventory of all unused state-owned properties. It mandates that each state agency report annually on any properties they don't currently use. The State House Commission and the Department of the Treasury will then analyze these properties to determine their potential for developing affordable housing. Finally, a biennial report summarizing these findings will be submitted to the Governor and the Legislature, and made publicly available online.
