Overview
This bill requires ticket resellers and resale websites in New Jersey to offer refunds or credits to customers who purchase tickets for events that are postponed. The bill specifically excludes refunds for handling and delivery fees, provided this exclusion is clearly disclosed upfront. Alternatively, resellers can offer a credit for the ticket price, again excluding these fees. The refund or credit must be available within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
