Bill overview
This bill creates the Office of Early Childhood Services within the Office of the Governor. The office will analyze existing early childhood services, make recommendations for improvement, identify funding needs, and explore federal funding opportunities. The office is authorized to employ staff to carry out its duties and will expire on June 30, 2027.
