Senate Bill 132 allocates $500,000 from the State General Fund to the Nevada Clean Energy Fund. This funding will be used to support and administer grants for projects that promote clean energy initiatives within the state. The bill also requires the Clean Energy Fund to provide detailed reports to the Interim Finance Committee on how the funds are spent and to allow the Legislative Auditor to conduct an audit. Any remaining funds must be returned to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027.
