Bill overview
This bill expands a program run by the juvenile court in Nevada to provide treatment for children diagnosed with or suspected of having autism spectrum disorders. It now also includes children diagnosed with or suspected of having neurobehavioral disorders linked to prenatal alcohol or substance exposure. The juvenile court can assign these children to the program if they would benefit and aren't ineligible under other laws.
