Bill overview
This bill amends Nevada’s financial disclosure requirements for public officers and candidates. It expands the disclosures to include business entities where a public officer, candidate, or their household holds stock or securities valued at $5,000 or more. The bill also requires more detailed reporting on income sources, real estate holdings, debts, educational trips, gifts, and involvement with business entities, building upon existing financial disclosure laws.
