This bill changes the duties of Nevada’s Fiscal Analysis Division. It requires the division to analyze the potential return on investment for up to two proposed new state programs and the annual return on investment for up to three existing programs. The division can also hire outside experts to assist with these studies, which will be submitted to the Interim Finance Committee annually.
