Bill overview
This bill expands Nevada’s law against the unlawful dissemination of intimate images. It broadens the definition of ‘intimate image’ to include photorealistic, digital, computer, and computer-generated images that a reasonable person would believe depict sexual activity or private body parts. The bill also clarifies that an image depicting a public figure is not considered an intimate image and creates an exception to the law for individuals under 18 years of age. It maintains penalties for those who intentionally distribute such images with harmful intent.
