Bill overview
This bill modifies the regulations governing gaming salons in Nevada. Currently, these salons are required to offer table games and have a minimum slot machine wager of $500. The legislation expands the types of games allowed in these salons, permitting table games, slot machines, or other gambling games, and shifts the responsibility for setting slot machine minimum wagers to the salon licensee, subject to Board approval. The changes are intended to provide more flexibility in the operation of gaming salons.
