An act to authorize vehicle value protection agreements offered IN conformity with the provisions of this act; To provide that a vehicle value protection agreement is not insurance; To provide that a motor vehicle sale OR extension of credit may not be conditioned upon purchase of a vehicle value protection agreement; To require certain disclosures to be included IN a vehicle value protection agreement; To bring forward sections 83-52-1 through 83-52-15, mississippi code of 1972, which relate to guaranteed asset protection waivers, for the purpose of possible amendment; And for related purposes.
