An act to require the division of medicaid to implement and administer a medicaid eligibility reporting program; To authorize the division to enter into contracts and interagency agreements, adopt and promulgate rules and regulations, adopt fee schedules, and apply for and implement waivers and managed care plans for services for eligible recipients; To require the division to prepare an annual summary and analysis of the medicaid program for legislative and public review; And for related purposes.
