An act to create the critical infrastructure emergency mapping grant program for the purpose of providing a verified, standardized and accessible source of mapping data for critical infrastructure that may be used by public safety agencies across the state to ensure rapid and coordinated response to emergency incidents; To provide that the program will be administered by the department of public safety; To provide that a municipality, county OR state law enforcement agency may apply for a grant under the program for services to produce critical incident mapping data for one OR more buildings OR campuses over which the agency has jurisdiction; To create a special fund IN the state treasury to be designated as the critical infrastructure emergency mapping grant fund; And for related purposes.
