An act to require pharmacies to maintain not more than a certain pharmacy technician-to-pharmacist ratio; To authorize the state board of pharmacy to adopt rules and regulations necessary to enforce compliance with the ratio requirements; To prohibit the board from adopting a ratio requirement that is more restrictive than the requirements of this act; To bring forward sections 73-21-83 and 73-21-111, mississippi code of 1972, for the purpose of possible amendment; And for related purposes.
