An act to amend sections 25-3-35 and 9-9-11, mississippi code of 1972, to increase the annual salaries of the justices of the supreme court, the judges of the court of appeals and the chancery and circuit court judges, effective january 1, 2027; To set the amount of the salary supplement for the county court judges that is paid from the judicial system operation fund; To delete the provisions that set the annual salaries of the state court judges and county court judges at the level of compensation recommended by the state personnel board once every four years; And for related purposes.
