SB 1693 - This act provides that a person commits the offense of unlawful transfer of weapons if he or she knowingly sells, leases, loans, gives away, or delivers a firearm to any person who is on the Terrorist Screening Center's No Fly List or to any person who is a member of an international or domestic terrorist group. This offense shall be a class A misdemeanor. Additionally, this act modifies the offense of unlawful possession of a firearm by adding a person who appears on the Terrorist Screening Center's No fly List and a person who is a member of an international or domestic terrorist group to people who are prohibited from possessing firearms. This offense shall be a class A misdemeanor. This act is identical to SB 544 (2025), SB 1034 (2024), SB 142 (2023), SB 895 (2022), SB 186 (2021), and HB 1496 (2020). TRISTAN BENSON, JR.
