An act to repeal section 9-21-45, mississippi code of 1972, which authorizes the judicial system operation fund; To amend sections 9-9-11, 25-7-3, 25-7-9, 25-7-13, 27-19-56.534 and 99-19-72, mississippi code of 1972, to delete the reference to the judicial system operation fund and reference the state general fund IN lieu thereof; To amend section 25-3-35, mississippi code of 1972, to conform; To bring forward sections 9-1-36, 9-9-13 and 25-9-115, mississippi code of 1972, which relate to judicial funding, for possible amendment; And for related purposes.
