Bill overview
This bill requires medical professionals in West Virginia to report any injuries or side effects they observe related to vaccines to the Bureau for Public Health. The Bureau will then compile an annual report for the state legislature to review. Additionally, healthcare providers administering vaccines will be required to receive educational materials and undergo formal training every five years regarding potential negative side effects, and a system will be established for individuals, including parents, to report adverse impacts from vaccines.
