House Bill 3366 authorizes the state of West Virginia to use remaining federal funds from fiscal year 2025 to supplement the budget of the Department of Health’s Office of the Inspector General. This supplemental appropriation increases funding for personal services, repairs, equipment, and other operating expenses.
