This bill allows the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to sell or lease several parcels of land in Brockton, Massachusetts. One parcel will be transferred to Catholic Charitable Bureau for affordable housing and a community service center. Another parcel will be transferred to the City of Brockton for redevelopment, and a third parcel will be given to the City of Brockton to improve vehicle safety near Massasoit Community College. The sales will be conducted through competitive bidding, and proceeds will be used for capital improvements at the college.
