Assembly Resolution 3 authorizes the state legislature to provide financial allowances to its members and leadership for expenses related to office supplies, postage, and communication services. Specifically, each Assembly member receives $60 annually for periodicals, stamps, and stationery, while members of leadership receive $900 for postage, telephone tolls, and other communication costs.
