To abolish the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.
This Act may be cited as the Abolish the CMMI Act
.
The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation is hereby abolished.
Section 1115A of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1315a) is hereby repealed.
