Overview
This bill would allow businesses that currently sell frozen desserts, like ice cream, to also sell frozen desserts infused with small amounts of alcohol, such as beer or wine. The alcohol content would be limited to a maximum of five percent by volume. The products would need to be sold in sealed packages and display specific warning statements about age restrictions, alcohol consumption, and potential health risks. Selling these products to minors would be a punishable offense.
