Overview
This bill restricts New Jersey law enforcement from assisting in immigration enforcement activities unless a valid judicial warrant is obtained. A judicial warrant is defined as one issued by a federal judge or a state equivalent, based on probable cause and authorizing federal immigration officials to search or arrest someone.
