Overview
This bill creates a special fund to help child care programs in New Jersey that are at risk of closing due to declining enrollment. The fund, totaling $10 million, will be managed by the Department of the Treasury and distributed by the Department of Human Services to licensed or registered child care providers experiencing a 30% or greater decrease in enrollment compared to the previous year.
