Bill overview
This bill limits the number of antlered whitetail deer that licensed hunters can harvest in Oklahoma to one deer per year. It makes an exception for hunters in designated commercial hunting areas. The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission will be responsible for implementing these restrictions. The law will take effect on November 1, 2025.
