Bill overview
This bill changes Oklahoma’s laws regarding alcoholic beverage licenses by requiring proof of intent when someone commits a prohibited act related to these licenses. Currently, simply engaging in a violation may be enough to revoke a license; this bill adds a requirement that the violation must have been intentional. The bill also establishes an effective date for the changes. It was passed by the Senate Committee on Business and Insurance with amendments.
