Bill overview
This bill allows the U.S. Army to transfer ownership of three parcels of land in Lehi, Utah, to the Utah National Guard. The land includes a strip of land along a road, an irregular-shaped parcel, and a portion of another parcel. The transfer is subject to existing easements and restrictions, and the Secretary can later reclaim the property if it’s not used for National Guard training and readiness. The State of Utah will be responsible for covering the costs associated with the transfer, excluding environmental remediation.
