A BILL
To amend the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to establish parity for submission and decision timelines for appeals of assistance decisions under such Act, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Post-Disaster Protection Act
.
Section 423(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5189a(a)) is amended by striking 60 days
and inserting 90 days
.
