To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to eliminate the payment reduction for certain multiple therapy services under the Medicare program.
This Act may be cited as the Removing Excessive Cuts to Outpatient and Vital Essential Rehabilitation Act of 2026 RECOVER Act of 2026
