To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to reauthorize the Nita M. Lowey Community Learning Centers program for fiscal years 2026 through 2035, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Afterschool for All Act

$1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2017and all that follows through
2020and inserting
$10,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2035, to remain available until expended.
The heading of part B of title IV of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7171 et seq.) is amended by striking 21ST CENTURY
