IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES
A BILL
To nullify certain rules related to foreign assistance.
This Act may be cited as the Protecting Human Rights and Public Health in Foreign Assistance Act
.
The final rules described in subsection (b) and any successor or substantially similar rules shall have no force or effect.
No Federal department or agency may take any action—
The final rules described in subsection (b) shall be treated as though they had never taken effect.
The final rules described in this subsection are—
