Overview
This bill extends the governor’s disaster emergency declaration for the 2025 West Coast Storm, which was initially declared on October 9, 2025. The legislature is approving and ratifying previous emergency declarations made by the governor throughout 2025 and 2026. The extension will allow state agencies to continue responding to the ongoing effects of the storm until June 30, 2026, and retroactively applies to a previous expiration date.
