Overview
This bill transfers the administration of three federal nutrition programs – the WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, the Seniors Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children – from the Department of Health to the Department of Agriculture.
