Overview
This bill requires New Jersey’s state agencies to provide information about living organ donation to the public. This information will be available in both printed and digital formats on agency websites. The Department of Human Services will assist agencies in providing this information and updating it every two years. The bill also allocates $1 million to the Department of Human Services to support these efforts.
