IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
A BILL
To amend titles 23 and 49, United States Code, to provide eligibility for shared micromobility projects to receive funding under certain surface transportation programs, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the Shared Micromobility Investment Act
.
Section 133(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
in subparagraph (L), by striking and
at the end;
in subparagraph (M), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and
; and
by adding at the end the following:
in subparagraph (G), by striking and
at the end;
by redesignating subparagraph (H) as subparagraph (I); and
by inserting after subparagraph (G) the following:
