To reauthorize the COPS ON THE BEAT grant program, and for other purposes.
This Act may be cited as the COPS Reauthorization Act of 2026
.
$1,047,119,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2009and inserting
$1,047,119,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2031.
Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10101 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following:
