This bill amends the CARES Act to create a loan program designed to provide financial support to lenders participating in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The program will offer loans to community development financial institutions, small minority depository institutions, and rural banks to help them continue providing PPP loans. The Treasury Department will manage the program and has been allocated $10 billion to fund it.
