This bill provides temporary financial adjustments to the John H. Chafee Foster Care Program to address the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. It increases federal funding for foster care services and education vouchers, extends eligibility for assistance to age 25, and suspends limits on housing expenditures for youth aging out of foster care.
