This bill, the Greater Supervision In Banking Act of 2019 (GSIB Act), requires large, globally systemically important bank holding companies to provide annual reports to Congress detailing their operations, financial activities, and internal practices. These reports must cover a wide range of areas, including size, complexity, enforcement actions, employee compensation, diversity, and cybersecurity. CEOs of these banks are also required to testify annually before congressional committees to answer questions about the reported information.
