This bill directs the U.S. Treasury to create commemorative coins honoring Paul Laurence Dunbar, a prominent African-American poet and writer. The coins will include $5 gold, $1 silver, and half-dollar clad versions. All proceeds from the sale of these coins, after covering production costs, will be donated to the Dunbar Alumni Federation to support scholarships and activities at Dunbar High School in Washington, D.C.
