Bill overview
This bill provides financial assistance to veterans and students impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency and school closures. It extends work-study allowances for veterans and allows the Department of Veterans Affairs to continue paying educational assistance and subsistence allowances for veterans enrolled in closed educational institutions.
