Requires: (1) a grocery chain that operates or franchises five or more retail food stores located in Indiana to report each month to the state department of agriculture (department) specified sales information regarding specified staple food items sold by the grocery chain in Indiana; and (2) the department to establish and maintain an online dashboard through which members of the public can view and compare the data reported. Provides for enforcement of the reporting requirement by the attorney general and specifies penalties for violations.
