This bill, the PPP Extension Act of 2021, extends the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) to provide additional financial assistance to small businesses. It pushes the program’s deadline from March 31, 2021, to June 30, 2021. However, during the final 30 days of the program, the Small Business Administration will only process applications received before June 1, 2021, and will not accept any new applications.
