The Helping Unleash Benefits and Services for Veterans Act of 2021, also known as the HUBS for Veterans Act, creates a grant program to help military members and veterans, as well as their spouses, transition to civilian life. The Department of Labor will award grants to nonprofit organizations to provide a range of supportive services, such as job training, mental health assistance, financial guidance, and legal aid.
