Bill overview
This bill requires states to submit annual reports to the Election Assistance Commission and Congress detailing voter registration statistics. These reports must include data on automatic voter registration, applications received from motor vehicle and voter registration agencies, registration acceptance and rejection rates, address changes, and revisions to voter registration information. The reports must also break down this data by race, ethnicity, age, and gender, where available, while protecting individual voter identities.
