The FIND Act prohibits the federal government from awarding contracts to companies that discriminate against firearm or ammunition industries. It requires federal agencies to include a clause in contracts ensuring that prime contractors and their subcontractors do not have policies or practices that unfairly target firearm businesses. Violations of this clause could lead to contract termination and debarment proceedings. The bill excludes sole-source contracts from this requirement.
