Civilian Aviation Certification Equity Act of 2021 This bill requires the Federal Aviation Administration to allow civilian pilots at the Department of Defense to earn certificates and ratings in the same manner as military pilots. Currently, pilots who are members of the U.S. armed forces may use military training and flight hours to qualify for pilot certificates and instrument and type ratings.
